The HK45 firearm was created to re-arm the entire U.S. military with a .45-caliber handgun instead of the 9mm. And the cost of doing that is what led to the cancellation of the program. However, Hechler & Koch knew they had a winner and opted to make it available commercially.
While the gun doesn't have any recoil, that's actually a plus. A recoiling CO2 gun gets fewer shots per CO2 cartridge, so you'll be saving money with every shot!
All you have to do is insert a CO2 cartridge, load the mag with 20 steel BBs, take off the safety and start pulling the trigger. It's all-day fun shooting at bullseye targets, tin cans and more. Because it's not a very heavy pistol, shooters of all sizes and genders should be able to handle this shootin' machine.
HK45 CO2 BB Pistol Kit
- Metal slide
- CO2-powered
- Uses one 12-gram CO2 cartridge
- Shoots steel BBs
- 20rd drop-free BB mag
- Double-action only
- Fixed front and rear sights
- Integral Weaver accessory rail under the barrel
- Includes (12) 12 gram CO2 cartridges, 1,500 BB's and 100 paper targets
- Steel BBs can ricochet. The shooter and everyone in the shooting area should wear safety glasses when a gun is being handled (even if it's unloaded). Remember to remove all pets from the area, as rebounding ammo can hit them, too. Never shoot steel BBs at hard objects (including metal targets) or water, as that increases the chance of ricochet.
