Joe Fit Head is the first-ever commercially available ballistic testing head dummy that is reusable.Joe Fit Head is made of our industry leading synthetic ballistic gelatin and meets the FBI protocol for calibrating ballistic gelatin to match human tissue. The design of Joe Fit Head matches an average human male head with no hair. Joe Fit Head is the only testing head that can show internal trauma as well as surface impacts.Joe Fit Head is perfect for all types of testing with any ammunition, weapons, personal armor, shields, or any other protection equipment where you need preform repeated test on the head. Joe Fit Head will also allow you to test all types of shrapnel penetrations and impact test. This head will give you the insight to ballistic data that you could never achieve from standard ballistic gelatin due to its physical limitations. Not only will you be able to gain standard terminal ballistics data, you can now get penetrating and non-penetrating ballistic data from the same device at the same time. After preforming all your tests, you can take Joe Fit Head back to the lab and really analyze all the impact areas. Joe Fit head is three-dimensional and completely resembles a normal head. The Joe Fit Head mold will come per-coated with 770-NC mold release.Joe Fit Head comes on a base. The bottom of the base measures in at 7 inches wide by 7 long by 2 inches in height. The top of the base measures in at 6 inches wide by 6 inches long. All sides except the front have a inch taper and the front has 1 inch taper. Joe Fit Heat is 12 inches in height and the head is 5 inches wide and from the tip of the nose to the back of the head it measures 9 inches.Note: This synthetic gel should only be used for ballistic testing. It is not suitable for medical applications.
